The Founding Team
Tian Gang
Co-Founder · Executive Director
Leads the strategic development and operational execution of the association. With extensive experience in music event management and arts education, he oversees the organization's major initiatives and partnerships.
Haoran Su
Co-Founder · North America Coordinator
Coordinates the association's activities across North America — event and venue logistics, volunteer recruitment and management, and on-site operations for WIRMC finals. Serves as the primary point of contact for participating families and partner institutions in the region.
David L.
Co-Founder · Education Programs Manager
Designs and organizes masterclasses, workshops, and the summer camp program, connecting young musicians with mentors and structured opportunities to grow between competition seasons.
Grace W.
Co-Founder · Communications & Outreach Coordinator
Manages the association's communications — announcements, the annual highlights archive, and outreach to schools, studios, and partner organizations worldwide.
